Day 28

30 minute walk pushing two kids and walking a dog :)

meal 1- protein shake/ handful of almonds

meal 2- carrots and hummus

meal 3- protein balls


still not feeling 100% this week, and the pizza last night gave me the worst stomach ache. i think its the darn time change really getting me and making me tired. its hard to get up for 6am yoga when we have lost an hour. hopefully next week will be better.

  1. Today was my first 6am yoga this week and it was really nice to get back on schedule. I enjoyed my evening classes because I had better focus and was more stretched out but early is best for me. No excuses.
    I weighed in today...two pounds down.
