Day 12

Workout- 60 minute Fire yoga class- totally did not want to go but very glad I did. Helped clear the sinuses.

Meal 1- 7:30am- Protein shake (strawberries, mangoes, banana, flax, steel cut oats, protein powder)

Meal 2- 9:30am- 2 eggs/ sweet potatoes/ pineapple

Meal 3- 10am- protein balls

Meal 4- 2pm- chicken/ sweet potatoes/ mashed cauliflower

Meal 5- 6pm- apple with protein dip

Okay so this has been day 2 of actually not eating any processed foods at all. My body is feeling better but my stomach isn't so sure. I figure its just part of the adjustment period. Right now I am giving myself daily goals of trying to stay on track. So far so good. :)


  1. Interesting about your stomach...hope it passes soon. You're rocking this!!!

  2. Have you considered taking cinnamon supplements? I have been taking them for about a week and have seen a overall success in my appetite. I take 1 500 mg@ breakfast; 2 @ lunch and then 1 @ dinner. I read an article I believe in Women's World about cinnamon and weight loss. It is also good for circulation and blood sugar.

  4. De- It may of just been sinus drainage. My allergies have been out of control. Feeling great overall!
